My words are not showing up in my template

I've tried changing the colour and changing the template but my words still are not showing up when I preview the listing. I've saved it and the words don't show on the saved auction either.

Hi!
Are you referring to the Seller Details (the sections of the listing that say "Payment" or "Shipping" etc.) or just the description section of the item? The reason I ask is, I previewed several of your saved listings and was able to see the descriptions just fine, but there were no Seller Details selected to use (which is why they wouldn't be seen in the preview.) If you aren't referring to those sections, then I would recommend that you file a support ticket so that our team can take a closer look at the issue. Customer Support
