Name Changing

I couldn't find a way to do it, but your Auctiva account name doesn't have to be the same as your eBay account name anyway. You will probably have to generate a new token, though. Best to ask tech support and be sure.

I had the same problem. I recently changed my ebay user id and couldn't figure out how to change it on here. So I finally emailed support on here and they replied back saying they can change it on their end but not on ours. Just give them your new user ID and they'll change it. They're pretty quick too. Hope that helps.

If you change your eBay username and need to update that information within your Auctiva account, you can do that by generating a new token. This can be accomplished by clicking the "eBay Settings" link under the "My Account" tab within your Auctiva account, and then clicking the "Get New Token" link on the ensuing page.
