Need advice please re:Store banner picture

Hi...I do not like my picture I'm currently using in my store banner and haven't figured out a way to change it. Any help out there would be very much appreciated.

Do you mean the Auctiva store or your eBay store? To revise your Auctiva store, go to Store, Customize your store, Select/Edit style, and logo, plus whatever other setting you'd like to change.
