Now that ebay is offering incentives for free shipping it would be so nice to be able to set up free shipping in Auctiva WITHOUT having to edit it ebay after it is listed.
I listed several items yesterday and was able to put in Priority Mail with free shipping, and one with free 1st Class shipping...don't know if that was something they just made available recently.
Hi - thanks for the suggestions. I just now got back to this thread.
I noticed today that there is a FREE toggle box now next to the shipping selection.
Back to your suggestions though - if I had done it by putting a 0 in there would that show up in eBay as "FREE" shipping with the icon and everything? Also - the free shipping triggers free subtitle and higher search ranking. Did putting the 0 in do that for you? Just curious.
If you add the subtitle and correctly enter the free shipping info in Auctiva, you will receive the subtitle free during eBay's promotion. If you click on the estimated charges, Auctiva will show a charge for the subtitle...but adds a disclaimer that promotions and discounts are not included. I have listed items with a subtitle and free shipping through Auctiva, and eBay automatically gives me the discount for the subtitle. It is easy to check under "Account," then "fees" in eBay.
