I can not seem to edit my information. The sellers details I can not seems to find how to edit it. Just to create a new one.

Hi joey - Under the Profiles tab, just click 'Manage Seller Details', there you'll see a list of your saved seller details and an edit button. 
i dont see a list just a box to create a new one
Have you already created, named, and saved a set of seller details? If so, you will access that set by clicking the link "Manage Seller Details". Don't confuse that with the link "Seller Details", as clicking on that will just bring up the new box you refer to.
this is so frustrating.. When I click manage profiles the only things there are my set shipping , marketing and check out. Not the stuff I laid out for the about us for the auction pages. where is that?
Don't despair, you're getting closer. Rather than clicking "Manage Profiles", come down the page to the last link in the lower right corner of the page labeled "Manage Seller Details".

If you saved the seller details, which I'm assuming you did, otherwise they would not have shown up in your listing, then they should be there. At this point I would create, NAME, and SAVE a new 'test' set(with just the word 'test' under some of the headings)and see if it shows up on your "Manage Seller Details" page. If it does, then recreate your 'real' seller details and don't forget to save. If you can't get this to work, then it's time to file a support request. Just click the link at the bottom of the Help page. Then the support folks can take a look at your situation.
im still lost I go to seller details and I have to restart all over? Then where do I go to find the information?
If your original seller details are nowhere to be found, then yes you will have to start all over. But I would create a test set first, as described above, just to make sure you know you can do it successfully, with a minimum of work. The saved seller details will be found by clicking "Manage Seller Details". Give it a try, don't forget to SAVE. If it doesn't work, file a support request and support staff will give it a go. You might want to review the tutorials on this as well.
