Where is the store window? When I first signed with Auctiva I had no problem. Soon as I added my postings, everything was fine. Now it's been 2 days and still no postings, and it looks like I don't have anything to sell. Not the way I want to do business. Any suggestions? Thanks. PS - I already cut and copied the html and posted it to the ad (which before it already appeard), however this still isn't working, it just shows a blank window.

Hi sirius707,

I placed your account on the list to reconcile with eBay. This process should import your active listings and append them with the Auctiva store window within 4-6 hours.

If that doesn't do the trick, you may want to regenerate your token at Auctiva -> My Account -> Ebay Settings -> Get New Token.
