Hi, I am a new user and have used Auctiva just recently and was very pleased with the listings. However, now the listings I have on eBay that didn't sell will not relist! I keep getting error messages from eBay saying that I must choose a selection in the drop down shipping boxes. I have the boxes I did originally with the auctions (priiority, global priority etc.) but there continues to be a blank drop down box and it tells me to either pick something or delete that extra shipping option box, yet there is no way to delete it that I see??? Am I doing something wrong or are these auctions incompatible with standard relisting methods on eBay? I was very careful in making the auctions on Auctiva and I don't remember putting any extra shipping options that were left blank.
This is so frustrating and disappointing as I was really enjoying using Auctiva but it will be a big problem if I can't relist through eBay for that initial relisting fee refund as so many of my listings wind up selling the second time.
