Confused Hi, I am a new user and have used Auctiva just recently and was very pleased with the listings. However, now the listings I have on eBay that didn't sell will not relist! I keep getting error messages from eBay saying that I must choose a selection in the drop down shipping boxes. I have the boxes I did originally with the auctions (priiority, global priority etc.) but there continues to be a blank drop down box and it tells me to either pick something or delete that extra shipping option box, yet there is no way to delete it that I see???

Am I doing something wrong or are these auctions incompatible with standard relisting methods on eBay? I was very careful in making the auctions on Auctiva and I don't remember putting any extra shipping options that were left blank.

This is so frustrating and disappointing as I was really enjoying using Auctiva but it will be a big problem if I can't relist through eBay for that initial relisting fee refund as so many of my listings wind up selling the second time.

Thanks in advance Smile

Hi, thanks Mike. Will retry it again and also do a few new auctions in Auctiva and pay extra close attention to whether I am leaving blank shipping option areas when I do it.

Most likely something to do with eBay as I noticed that even when I tried to fix what they wanted then something else was coming up as an error ackkkk!
Well I finally relisted the few items and what I had to do was get rid of the international shipping and just put the drop down for one price flat rate domestic. Then I just ticked the box for will ship worldwide. Why this would post originally and not now is still not clear to me Confused

Doesn't make sense but that is how the form wanted it lol.

Just in case anyone else has this problem figured I'd post my experience. I think what started this with the newer eBay selling form is that I originally had the domestic flat rate shipping and then two types of Global priority as GP to most countries is $5.25 but Mexico and Canada are only $4.25 so I had that in my original ads which went on with no problem but not in relisting thanks to the eBay forms Eek It's enough to make a sane person crazy or a crazy one even crazier lol.
