okay, having some problems....for example heres one of my ebay listings

when i view it with firefox theres 2 areas that either show small white text or big green text, it's different almost each time i load the page....theres supposed to be 2 spots with huge green text.....and when I view with IE it shows symbols! (not readable english)
my template is the same for everything i list...can some of you guys check out my auctions in both browsers and tell me what you see? this could mean a huge loss to sales
