Need help! Font styles and size are different in the template

Hi all
New to Auctiva not ebay. I have managed to create a listing for an book using an activa book template. I have typed my description of the book in the description box on the listing page and have changed the font and font size to Times New Roman and medium.

I have also created a seller details page giving detais regarding payment, shipping etc and have included this in the template.
Howevern onn previewing I notice that the fonts for the description is different from the fonts for the seller details. I want all the fonts to be the same style and size through the template . How can I do this

That always used to happen to me too...
Now I just use one font and stick with it so I don't have to keep changing it.

Go into your seller details and click on Standard. (that will give you choice of fonts & colors) Highlight the text on each and click on the font you want to use. That will change it. DO NOT save after each one, but rather go through them one by one til you get to the end and THEN save. That should do it
