Hi to all, I am new Auctiva user, I am user from Singapore, After I had completed the registration, I then realised the Auctiva is for posting Auction in US and UK.
So I decide stop to use it.
But I never cancel my account, Because this is good tool, I might be using in the coming future.
Today I had submitted 38 of my auctions into Singapore Ebay auction. I found out in my every Auction listing there are Auctiva Window, and if I click the link in Auctiva Window, It will bring me to "Page Not Found" from Ebay.
If I follow the link from Auctiva store, The link will guide me to US ebay, at there, Auctiva Window working correctly.
How to solve this problem, either make the Auctiva window working accurately in Singaproe Ebay or Completely remove Auctiva Windows from All my ebay listings.
I had tried go to Account --> Account Setting -->Select Auctiva window "NO"
But the Auctiva window still on my listing.
Now my similar product window provided by Ebay also not functioning properly, I have 30+ products but on the Similar product window by Ebay there is only two product. I believe it is been affected by Auctiva window.
I think Auctiva windows is cool, I like it very much, but using it in Singapore E-bay course a lots problems.
Can any experts tell me what to do?
