Need Help Importing Auctions

Hi Skibumtx,

I have just placed your account on priority list to reconcile with eBay. Your remaining eBay listings should be imported into Auctiva and appended with the store window within the next 6-12 hours.

Once all of your active listings are imported, you can track these listings by going to Auctiva -> Listings(tab) -> Active.

Thanks for getting my active auctions in, is there a way to import my scheduled auctions?

Hi skibumtx,

Listings that you have scheduled on eBay will not be imported into your Auctiva until they go live, at which point they will be available on your Auctiva active listings page.

However, if you schedule your listings through Auctiva, they will be available in your Auctiva account before they are posted to eBay on your Auctiva scheduled listings page.
