Hi New here-
I am trying to relist the unsold so here is what I am doing.
1. Finding them in the Closed-unsold folders.
2. Selecting and importing
3. Waiting til the next day for them to appear in the Saved listings.
4. When some of them do then I edit and relist but many are not showing up so I try it again and again not showing up.

Is there a problem with some of these? Or am I doing it wrong? Also, should your item in the closed unsold move or copy? I thought they would copy so I don't have to go in and delete in closed thus avoiding double listing an item.

Thanks
Annette

denverdoni,
I think I know what your problem is...
Go to your saved listings page...
Then look at the box just above where the saved listings are suppose to be. On the right hand side, you'll see a place for choosing how far to go back and view listings...click on "ALL" and that will bring up all the listings you thought were gone.
Good Luck!

Mike-
I am migrating from vendio to Auctiva. Using Auctiva for everything including the checkout and shipping. We don't use eBay post sale management because sometimes items show paid when they are pending for an echeck to clear. Vendio and Auctiva seem to filter that out.

We are ending listingsto migrate them fulling into Auctiva. It is my understanding that they end up in closed and then I import them to saved to edit and relist. When I edit all I do is copy the original description and delete the Vendio HTML then paste the description back in.

Next,I attach photos and change the shipping if needed. Finally, I post. These are mainly GTC store items. Eventually, I will get to the 30 day Fixed and auction style if they were not originated from Auctiva.

This is the process recommended to me by the Auctiva Consultant we spoke to at length.

I really love the listing process on Auctiva and I can see how to relist the unsold closed if they do not need any edits of description or shipping. They should add shipping edits because of the free shipping promotions eBay is doing- We find great success with using it.

We are not sure what will happen to any listings that originated from Vendio when we close our account later this month. And I do NOT want to have to write from scratch anything in my garage/warehouse. I do not want to do an inventory of 500 items- YUK!!

Now you know what we are doing and why-If you have any easier or quicker way to accomplish this please let me know. I am about 1/4 of the way through this process- Still have about 300 listings to go.

So- I have noticed that if an item closes on ebay without a sale- unsold- and it was not originally launched from Auctiva- I cannot find the auction in saved. Or I would just post from the saved.

We sell 1 of a kind collectibles. I am still trying to get a handle on the operations of relisting an unsold since we are still running new listings through this migration. We launch 50 to 100 auctions a week with about 40-50% selling the first week listed. I don't want to handle the listings more than I have to but I don't want to loose track of them once closed either. I want to keep them active. We sell a lot out of our store so relisting is critical especially with inventory moving so quickly.

Any recommendations?

Sorry so long- I guess the java has me wired!!!
Annette
