Need HELP now!!! Scheduled listing won't post... error notice!!

i spent way too long last night setting up a listing that i wanted to start first thing this morning...

so i get up this morning and find out that it HAS NOT listed as scheduled and has some sort of error saying that i have to add my credit card to my ebay sellers account or pay any outstanding fees on my ebay account...

so of course i check my ebay account and the only thing wrong was the credit card i had on file expired in august.. (ok fixed that) but everything else is fine... no outstanding balance... ALL is happy in the world!!

EXCEPT.... my saved listing still WON'T post!!!! ughhh!!! PLEASE HELP!!!
