Need help please - gallery pictures not posting

Most of my eBay listings are showing the gallery picture, but once in awhile they don't. They show up on the ad here but not there. Can anyone tell me why (what I've done wrong) and how to fix it? I don't know how to revise the picture part of an eBay listing. Thanks for your help.

Check to make sure you have "Gallery" selected in the Marketing Tools section of the lister and that you have selected an image for Gallery. If you run Error Check at the bottom of the lister page, it will give a warning if you have a Gallery image, but didn't select the marketing feature.

If that's not it, do you have a link or listing # for one that's failing? Sometimes the image will fail to load properly at submission, and just needs a refresh at eBay to correct.
