Hi smesa0,
Thanks for posting your question here. The process you would need to use to remove an image from within the template of an Auctiva created listing actually involves a little bit of work on both the Auctiva and eBay side of things, but it should become second nature once you have done it a couple times.
The first step in this process is to find the saved listing from which you posted the item within your Auctiva account and delete the image from that saved listing. Once you have deleted the image, just click the "Save" button.
Once you have made the desired change to the saved listing in question, you would then need to apply that change to the active listing on eBay, which can be done via the following process:
1) Click the <HTML> icon to the right of the item on your Saved Listings page.
2) Select All and copy the HTML in the ensuing popup window.
3) Locate the item on eBay and click the Revise Item button.
4) Scroll down to the Description section and then click the HTML tab above the description editor.
5) Delete the existing description HTML, paste the copied HTML in its place, and save your changes.
Most revisions to active listings can be done in one step using the "Bulk Revise" tool on the Auctiva Active Listings page or from the eBay "Revise your Item" form, but changes to the Auctiva templates or the images within the templates must be done in this manner because of the way our system codes those attributes into the description HTML.
I hope this helps. If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to contact our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab and selecting the "File Support Case" option.
