Need help with aligning listing templates

I am new to Auctiva. I managed to select a template i like, but I want to know how to line up the words in my description, postage, payment etc with the template. So I type up my listing, and when I preview it the entire listing is under description on the template, including postage, payment etc. I hope someone can understand what I am talking about and help me?

Hi! or should I say g'day!

I believe the issue you are having is an easy fix--you will need to make a "Seller Details" profile so that your shipping/payment/about us/etc information will appear in the appropriate sections of the template. After you have created and saved your Seller Details profile, you will then see where to select it on the Lister (next to where you select the template.)
