I am a recent convert to listing with Auctiva, having used Turbo Lister since its inception.

I am having a problem with my fonts, they are specified within my template, but when I launch an auction, they are coming out at eBay in a mishmash of fonts and sizes. NOT the fonts and sizes specified in the template.

Also, is there a way to actually see what the auction will look like in eBay before the auction is launched? With Turbo Lister, you actually get to see the view as it will appear in eBay, with your template.

I have also noticed that somehow the shipping specifics get lost in translation - when I return to Auctiva to process a new auction, using the list another form, somehow, I am having to fill out the International shipping over again. Surely this should be sticky from one auction to the next.

HELP! I want to use Auctiva because I use it for photo hosting, but it is taking forever to go into eBay and check the appearance of the auctions I launch, then fixing the problems. It is like doing double listing for each specific item.

This is one of the auctions that I had to go into eBay to re work. Why are the paragraphs spread so far apart? Why is the font so tiny and wrong? This is what I meant!

I have been writing my auctions in MSWord and copy pasting to the auction template. I guess this is a problem? Is typepad or something else better, or should I just type each auction into the listing form? Again, you can see that the bulleted information is really screwed up! I have the photo thing down, so this one doesn't show photos. I really need help with the fonts and spacing and I guess color? Thanks for any help.
The pink bulleted list items happen fairly early in your code:

 ul {list-style-type: disc; color: #b3995d }

Just change the hex color code (b3995d) to whatever you'd like, or remove it entirely and those items should inherit the same color as the rest of the text.

Copying and pasting from Word could be a big part of the issues you are having. Word tends to apply a bunch of its own styles and markup to your work and makes a mess.
