I'm in Singapore which is GMT+8hrs. When I schedule my listings is the time we set it in our local time or the time where the listings are posted to. e.g US if at eBay.com. Hope you can help this newbie.
The scheduler should show time as set in your Auctiva preferences for zone.
I have my preference time set to PST (US Pacific Time) to sync with the eBay PST servers, even though I'm in the Eastern (EST) zone. When I use the scheduler, it shows me PST time. Since I use the US eBay servers, it helps to "think PST" for everything I do. I don't know if that suggestion is helpful; but if you are always listing to US eBay, it might help keep you straight for best times. If you decide to do that, also select the "Adjust for Daylight Savings Time" in preferences, as we are currently on DST here.
Made a mistake and now my auctions are set to end on Sunday 0700hrs at eBay! Most guides suggest ending auctions on Sunday evening so I guess I just wasted my money. I sell fishing tackle by the way. I'll make sure to ammend my time preference to PST. Thanks a million for the help. I love using Auctiva.. Helps a lot, especially for guys new to eBay like me. Hope they'll extend it to other sites other than eBay soon.
