Hi, I know I have asked this before the awnser was wait a few days...but anyhoo I need to insure a package that isn't showing up in my transactions (I don't use auctiva checkout). The last time this happened (recently) I waited a few days and when the item did show up I went to buy insurance and I got the message that two days had passed and I wasn't able to!? Please help!

And oh I know I did this recently but can't find it again. I need to add funds to my insurance account? Where do I go again?

Hi Maybe I am just completely loosing it, and totally blind...which very well may be the case, but just don't see that link in my account tab I even clicked on all the other links.

I also just filed a support case, but I hope they don't think I'm nuts as I might not have a balance with you all for paying for the insurance I need?

Well if there are more details please let me know. I know I have added money twice before I just can't for the life of me see were I did it??!
