Need new fields in listing form: Value Pack & Condition

Hi,

Thanks again for the nice FREE services you provide. Would it be possible to update the listing form to include the Value Pack listing upgrade and also the item's condition?

Condition is especially important because it is a required field to participate in eBay Express. But the Value Pack isn't far behind because I have to revise every darn listing as soon as it is posted in order to get the Value Pack pricing. That gets old really fast!

Of less importance, it would be great to have the listing preview more closely match the recent changes in format made by eBay.

Auctiva already offers item condition. After you select your category, there will be a blue link right under the category number to select the condition. If it isn't there, then it is a category that doesn't support item condition yet.

Thanks AngelLisa! I'm still rather new with selling on eBay and had no idea that some categories don't have a condition.

Hi Max,

We are not planning on adding support for eBay's "Value Pack", specifically because it requires that you use eBay's "Listing Designer", which we do not offer because we have our own library of templates.

Although eBay just launched eBay Express, they have not made testing available yet, so I'm unsure when we will be able to fully support eBay Express listings.

Mike,

The Value Pack does not require the use of eBay's templates. It just permits their use at no additional charge. eBay templates are likely to appeal to users who want to do their listings on eBay, not those of us who do them on Auctiva.

Doing what's best for your customers will insure Auctiva's long term prosperity. Not supporting the value pack is a step in the wrong direction.
