hi,my listing have been posted for ebay over 3 hours by using Auctiva. but still NOT showing up in search,and NOT showing up in 'View seller's other items' too.why? how long it takes? Thank you!

Hi,

It can take hours for indexing and classification at eBay for a listing to appear in search. That's normal. 4 to 8 hours isn't outside of the normal time range.

I would check that the listing appears in your "My eBay". If it doesn't, check the EVENTS box at the top of the Auctiva pages for any API or other errors on the submission to eBay.
