NEED TECH SUPPORT PLEASE!

Hi,

I sent in a support request several days ago about 2 serious issues I'm having and I can't seem to get a response. Additionally, I found a new issue today... if I type a new description in the description box, but pre-format (bold, Times New Roman, Large), if I hit return I lose the formatting.

Can someone please get back to me? I'm getting really frustrated.

I'm using Firefox 3.0.1. Windows XP Media Center.

I've always had this issue! It is very annoying. I just type a word of two, then highlight them, then choose my formats, and then the rest will normally stay formatted the way I like. But lately it really been a pain in my behind, because it doesn't always stay formatted line after line. At that point I just type everything and then go back and highlight my text, then format, then save, then go back and finish my auction so time consuming!
