Need technical help with sign in and templates

I had to go create a new ID on this site just so I could post my questions here. I have tried to post a question and the sign in box comes up and then I sign in and it tells me I am not signed in. I am signed in becasue I can list to eBay from this site. I have tried it with 2 different browsers and obviously I am not having a problem with a new ID or either Firefox or IE. My preferred ID on this site is hithern_yon. Can someone at Auctiva please look into this?

The original reason that I was trying to post here was because I am using Auctiva templates to list on Wagglepop. I am getting some code showing in those auctions that should be hidden. I would appreciate it if someone would take a look at it and tell me how to correct it. I am pasting it in right from the 'get HTML' on the lisings page. Hmm, I'm not sure why that code would show up. I take it you're not missing any pictures or anything in the listing?

If you don't get a good answer in this thread, though, you might post it down in the Templates forum.
