To anybody who's experiencing this issue:
We're currently investigating why this issue is affecting some of our users and we hope to have it resolved as soon as possible.
In the mean time, can you please try using an alternate browser to see if that alleviates the problem. We recommend using Internet Explorer 6 or Firefox for best performance with our site. If you're already using one, you may want to try the other. A free download of Firefox is available at
http://www.mozilla.com.
If you get a chance to try this, please post the results on this thread, including which browser you experienced the problem with and which one worked. Or, if neither of them resolve the issue, please post that info as well.
