Hi. The credit card I had listed with ebay expired on March 30th, and I've only just updated the info with the new expiration date of the new card.

I created a listing in Auctiva on Sunday night, but it wouldn't post to ebay. Since I pay my ebay fees from my checking account, I didn't realize that the un-updated credit card would keep my auction from posting, but evidently it did.

Anyway, the auction still hasn't appeared on ebay. So my question is this -- do I need to resubmit it? I haven't received any notification from Auctiva or ebay stating "Your auction could not be posted to ebay", or anything to that effect. If I have to do it again, that's fine -- I just need to know if that's the way to handle it, as I don't want the auction posting twice.

Thanks in advance for your help! Smile

Thanks so much for your response, Aron. Smile

I have gone to my "Listings" section here on Auctiva, and seen the notification that my listing couldn't post because of the credit card situation. Auctiva didn't send me an e-mail about it, but the info was there once I looked for it here in my Auctiva account.

So I'll (re)list the auction.

btw, I did ask in ebay's Answer Center (other ebayers, volunteers -- MUCH better than ebay's "Live Helpless" or customer service, lol!), and they also said that it should be ok to do the listing again.

If this backfires, I'll come back to post so others will know, but I think it will be ok.

Thanks again for answering! Smile
