I just checked out your site (neat stuff, BTW) and it looks like some of the items are showing when you click on the category buttons. Salt & Peppers, Pottery & Glass, Figurines, Silverware, Art, Swarovski, Spoons, Paperweights and Sports Mem. all bring items up when you click on them. Whether or not they bring everything up is a different matter, only you would know that. I personally have always had to "fiddle" with the store categories a bit to get my items to show properly, not sure why, I just do. What I would do, is look at what you are doing right, meaning the categories that are bringing back hits, and try to duplicate that with the others. See what I mean. Make sure you have the wording search switched from "All Words" to "Any Words" to broaden your search also.
I'm new to Auctiva too, so I'm no expert, but I thought this might help a little until a true "expert" comes along to bail you out!

that is odd, I don't think its nothing your doing wrong, as your Auctiva store categories are made when you insert your item to an Ebay category. As i am writing this I went to my store, and click on one of my categories and all the other ones went away, so I think is just something wrong with Auctiva, we must understand its free for one, and its in its early stages. Its really not a Big deal, because you still can go through your items just by clicking next from your home page.

I want to thank both you Winkle and Buffy1 for taking the time to look at and give me some advice on what to do. It was extremely nice of the both of you to do so and I much appreciate it I have items showing in the catagories when you click, but for instance, if you pick salt and peppers..you should ONLY get salt and peppers in that catagory and its showing other crazy stuff in there Have you had that issue? I am thinking it is something in the way I have typed the catagories and keyword search words on auctiva versus the catagories on our Ebay store...If it pulls from Ebay store and you have 20 catagories in that store and you can only have 15 in Auctiva will that affect it? Anyways....I will take both of your advice and just keep playing with it till its right I hope. Thanks again to the both of you!!! If anymore advice on what to do let me know, all help is appreciated and one day maybe I can return the favor for someone Thanks to all in advance!!!

I dont think it takes categories from ebay store, but whatever eBay category you list it in, such as I have no category in my store, for Instruments, but I list in under Instruments for my eBay category, and other for my store. but Auctiva only uses the Ebay category, so Buffy1 maybe right, maybe it is the Keyword search.

I meant to reply earlier and got sidetracked, sorry. What you may need to do, and it will be tedious since you have so many things, is look at each "wrong" item and see what could be causing it. Sometimes, if there is one word that is duplicated in the title it will pull it through. Do you see what I mean? You may have to mess with it for a bit. I would choose a category that you have the fewest items in that you are having this issue with, and go through it to check the wordings and see what could be throwing it off. I usually have multiple windows open so I can just switch back and forth as I make the updates in the categories. That way you can just refresh the page with the store on to see if the changes "take".

Also, I've noticed that sometimes you have to refresh the page with your store a couple time to have the changes show. I don't know why, but it does that sometimes. Just a quirk I guess. Once you do one category, I have a feeling you'll get the hang of it and figure out what you need to do to get all the categories to show right.

I'm new, as I said before, but I'd be happy to help you out some more if you'd like. I know it is really frustrating learning this system, but it really is great once you figure it all out.
