New Auto List Feature not working?

I'm assuming you created the Auto-Relist Profile and included that on a recent submission that's ended, and you're reporting it didn't work.

If the listing ended (with the Auto-Relist feature), it should be on the Closed listings page. They now have a new tag under each closed listing showing whether it had an Auto-Relist profile. What does the problem listing show?

I'm really confused about the auto relist. Wasn't having trouble until this past weekend/week when my store items ended and instead of automatically relisting, they went into the closed listing on Auctiva and show under each listing that there was no auto relist profile selected. Went and did the auto relist profile, but the items are still dropping into the closed listing file and I have to manually go in and relist the items, which in my way of thinking doesn't change a thing and in 30 days I will have to do this all over again! Not a good sign!! I really don't want to have to recreate the listings for alot of different reasons. Can anyone tell me if I can change this without recreating each of the listings?

Ok The auto relist feature has me utterly stumped. My items relisted and got sold but I have been charged 2 listing fees. I saw nothing in the Auctiva blurb that suggested they would have different listing numbers. I have COMPLETELY lost confidence with this feature and will control my relisting manually from here on in.
