New Condition

Hi all

I'm new and so far have found Auctiva really easy to use and very convenient, however there are a few little things that I can't seem to work out.

Firstly is there anyway I can specify that my stuff is new so when people search for condition=new in ebay mine come up in the results?

Also whatever counter I select in Auctiva it doesn't work, how can I get a free counter without having to sign into ebay?

That's all I can think of for now.

Hi Jo, when you select the category, I think as you go down through all the options, you get a 'Condition' selection, which allows you to select New or Used.

Not sure why your counter isn't working, the Sellathon one works fine in mine.

Thanks fot that, I must have missed 'Item Specifics' as that's where it is!

I have chosen the Sellathon counter and in my listing there is a little icon saying that I'm using a Sellathon counter but I can't see the actual counter. Am I being thick or is that wrong? I don't have a Sellathon account either, do I need to pay for one?

Did you chose the hidden counter? If you did, in order to view you it you do need a Sellathon account to use the regular counter you do not. I have never paid for a Sellathon account. You do automatically get 30 days free when you sign up for Auctiva
