You can force an update of your feedback processing on our website on the feedback tab. This works similiarly to the 'Update Now' feature of Showcase.

To do this, log onto our website and goto the feedback tab. You will see a link that says:
'Update Your Feedback List'

Click this link to have your feedback go back 3 days and process all feedback received from 3 days back until the current time.

Let us know if you try this out or have any comments on it.

As you may have already noticed, eBay changed their feedback page. The feedback service did not run from about midnight last night until 6:30 today. (Wednesday the 14th).

Everything should be running well again now. Let us know if you notice any problems or have any other comments.

FYI:

Due to a bug the feedback service had of having a problem processing a users feedback and then not processing that user again until the next loop through all of the users, I've gone ahead and reset everyone back 4 days.

So, all feedback you've received over the last 4 days will be in the next summary email that you receive.

And... the bug that was causing this should be fixed as well now. You should have no more gaps in your feedback being processed.
