New Guy needs some simple questions answered

Hi, I know these are easy questions but I can't seem to figure out where to get the simple questions answered. here are my two.
1. How do you refresh your active listings so it shows current happenings on ebay ( i tried the refresh button on the browser but nothing.
2. my active listings show no hits, what is a hit and why arn't I getting any. All of my listings are imports from when i started so I hope that is it. I figured i would ask.

Rob,

If I recall correctly, Auctiva refreshes all of your listings once every 6 hours or so. It will sometimes "hang" on listings that were posted via ebay.

2) Hits are how many people have viewed your listings. I think (but am not sure) that it is tied to the sellathon counter somehow. I'm sure if that's incorrect, someone will set us straight. In my experience, these readings are not highly accurate anyway, so I just use them as a guage and not as gospel.

Auctiva's not perfect, but Auctiva's free and I've got enough people making money off of my hard work at auction listing. Once you learn your way around and how to work through some of the bugs, it is as good as, and in many cases better than the pay services that I've reviewed.
