New Here & Need Help

Hi All,

I just moved over here from Sparedollar. I like the wide variety of Template choices available. I want to use the Craftsman Corner. My only problem is the size of the pictures when placed in the template. At Sparedollar, the template I used showed the 1st picture large and then a smaller thumbnail pictures for the others. The thumbnails could be enlarged by clicking.

I usually use alot of pictures in my auction listings. I am afraid that the larger pictures will take too long to load and take up too much space - not look nice. Is there a way to do the smaller pictures? I am not very html saavy. I did see someone who posted the code for thumbnails like Ebay but I don't have clue on where to put it in.
Any way to make the pictures smaller??
