I am new to Auctiva and so far my experience has been less than pleasant. After following all the instructions to create a new listing to include using a template, (a) I was unable to preview the listing before I had to post it. Each time I clicked on the preview button a new page came up and said "close preview". (b) After several attempts to preview my work, I finally posted it and yet was still unable to view how the final posted item looked. (c) As of today, the item is not listed on eBay nor is it in my selling list anywhere. I am less than satisfied with this service. In addition, I was never successful to make connection with live chat - they were always off-line or too many people waiting in the que.
