New listings from ebay are not showing auctiva

I have done some new listings through ebay and I expected that after 24 hours I would see the Auctiva Gallery on them. That is not happening.

I also tried listing through Auctiva and got such a headache I gave up. I went to the tutorials but I was never able to upload any pictures.

I am a Newbie but I can normally work my way through - this was totally frustrating

It typically takes 4-6 hours for listings posted directly through eBay to be imported into Auctiva and appended with the store window. Since you have waited longer than that, please file a support case using the appropriate link on our help page and our support staff will assist you.

They may also be able to help you with your image upload woes.
