new listings not on scroll bar

Hey there I am new and its been 4 or 5 days since I signed up with your site, I have looked at everything and discussions on help cant figure out why you say that listings will automatically appear in scroll bar everytime a new one is listed on ebay, the old stuff still is on scrollbar and new listings not showing up on there. I only used ebay to list the items, which you say , from what I read, thats ok and that it dont matter, because the pictures are suoppost to show up in scroll bar no matter which way I listed it, WELL, ITS NOT! and I am really frustrated can you help and tell me why this is not working right, I need the items removed that have sold and new ones to be on the scrollbar. PLEASE HELP!!

Hi! I just looked at several of your listings on ebay and did not see any sold or ended items on your scrolling gallery. The soonest any of them end is tomorrow. Have you refreshed the page of the listing that you are seeing the already sold/ended items on?

Try refreshing/clearing your cache and that should update what you are seeing on the scrolling gallery. If not, you may need to file a support ticket.

Hi rebecca thank you for responding and your help, when I go into any of the items I have listed on ebay, in the scrolling bar its showing me, items that I have already shipped out, I am not sure what your talking about when you say to clear the cache, I have tried to refresh many times but nothing happens, how would I go into clearing the cache
