New listings not posting in Auctiva Store or Scroll Window...

Hello,

I'm a newbie to Auctive, thus please bear with me.

I have posted new listings manually through eBay in the past 24 hours. Although I know it generally takes 4-6 hours to update/refresh, however it has been past that time and my new listings are not showing up in My Auctiva Store or Scrolling Window. I was searching for an "Import Listing" option, however I do not see one anywhere throughout this site.

Also, I have a few items scheduled to be listed at 2pm PST on Feb. 6th, 2006. Will these listings appear in My Auctiva Store or Scrolling Window?

Please advise as to what I can do in the future to make manual listings through eBay appear in my store or scroll window.

Hi New*Mommy*2*Be,

Yes, it typically takes 4-6 hours for listings posted directly through eBay to be imported into Auctiva and appended with the store window. If it has been significantly longer than that, feel free to file a support case using the appropriate link on our help page and we'll run a manual reconcile for you.

Yep, your listings that are scheduled to post today should be imported automatically inot your Auctiva store and store window.
