Hi there! I recently joined Auctiva to check out the image hosting and scheduling tools. Although curious about other Auctiva features, I have not yet had time to check out everything available and to select what might be appropriate for my business. I noticed today that each and every one of my listings now contains a scrolling Auctiva showcase, which I did not select as an option for my account. They were added as "add to description," which looks sloppy (I understand why this was used, but again, I did not opt for this), and apparently some of my customers are now having a hard time viewing my auctions. I already had both a SpareDollar and eBay Store gallery placed in my auction template, and now things look quite mish-moshy with a third gallery. I do not necessarily wish to cancel my Auctiva account, but I need these showcases removed until I can straighten this out. I currently have almost 400 items and can NOT afford the time necessary to revise all 400, for obvious reasons! Please tell me how to remove this, and please take under advisement that it would be best for your company to not select features for your new members without their knowledge/consent.
