NEW or USED

Many thanks for the answer, however when i select a catergory - even as a new listing - nothing appears like a link to item specifics.
In fact there are no Item Specifics showing at all.
AS i'm in the UK, the only thing showing a a £ sign ??

I didn't realize you were in the UK, sorry. I don't know how different it is to list in the UK compared to the US site. I'd suggest filing a support ticket by going to the help page, link is on top right.

I have tried the online demo link & i see the Item Specifics link, but its not on my listing new or otherwise.
I'll file a suport ticket as you suggest

Hi Bob,

If the "Choose Item Specifics" link doesn't appear under your category once it's selected, the category shouldn't entail item specifics.

If you find that the category should have this option, please file a support case to let us know.

From looking at your listings, all of which seem to be light bulbs, I'm guessing that no item specifics apply...is there a market for used light bulbs? lol

Thanks for the info.
I have filed a support request & guess what your correct, under my listing number the Item Specfic is not supported.

So i,m just going forget the USED light bulbs i was going to list, at a greatly reduced cost of course & i had thought it was going to be a nitch market

ine does not put in the New or Used in the listing either. I must go and manualy revise the listing in e-bay
