New or Used? NEITHER!

I was just reading the new ebay requirements - are Auctiva going to add the new alternatives that we have to offer - at the moment auctiva choices are just 'new' or ' used' - will that fit in with ebays requirements?

We will have support for eBay's new item conditions on the Auctiva site by the middle of next month (June).

I wrote eBay about this and here is their reply:

Thank you for writing eBay in regard to your item conditions. I can understand how you would be frustrated with having to choose Item conditions options that don't fit your product. I know that the system right now isn't perfect, however I do have good news. We are making changes to the item conditions and providing additional options, like the ones you have suggested, so that you can more correctly describe your item. I know that this doesn't address the issue right now, but I can say that change is coming, so until then please just do the best youcan by using the Item Specifics and Description to help clarify for yourbuyers. I know that this isn't the best scenario, but we are going to fix it so we appreciate your patience with us and thank you for being a valuable member of the eBay community. Have a wonderful time shopping and sellingon eBay!
