You can create a Master Profile and load them all into that. You can have more than one if you need, and mix 'n' match to suit your individual listings. Very cool!

Oh, and you can see it all together in the Preview... but ya probably know that.

Hi trustieone - After you complete a set of Seller Details and then Name and Save, the set will be saved in your 'Manage Seller Details' folder. After selecting a template on the listing page, the Seller Details you have created will appear in the drop-down menu to the right of the template icon. Select a set and they will automatically appear in your template when you preview, and become part of your listing. You can alway change to a different set by selecting from the same drop-down menu and resaving your listing.

edit - Shadeaux, you are just too fast for me sometimes.

edit/edit - Just to avoid confusion, Shadeaux is referring to the details collected under the Master Profile, such as item details, marketing, shipping, and checkout. This info resides outside the template on the listing. I am referring to the Seller Details which reside within the template under the Item Description. Either explanation is correct depending on which set of details you are working with. Hope this helps.

Thanks for those replies everyone,I have now been able to do a sellers profile and I have loaded it with my listing to Ebay and all went really well. However I do need to make some minor changes(editing) to it payments,shipping,etc but I am afraid I might loose everything that has taken me many hours to create because when I go to edit I am not sure if I need to "save" or "save as"after I make any changes, currently it is known as template lister and its the only one I have in this drop down box.

On the last screen of your Seller Details, after you have made changes to your Seller Details, if you click Save you will save OVER your original set, Save As will save as a NEW set. (just a review, as I'm sure you already know this - and it sounds like you are using Save if you only have one set in the drop-down). Any changes in your Seller Details (after saving the changes) will immediately be reflected in your saved listing (which you can confirm in Preview), ie the updated info in 'template lister' will display automatically in your saved listing if that is the named set showing in the drop-down menu.

This revised info is there whether you choose to Save or Save As at the bottom of the listing, which will only either save over the original listing, or save another copy of your listing. If you only need one copy of your listing, (with the revised seller details) then just SAVE and all should be fine.
