Hi to everyone. Having lost patience with the new Turbolister2 I've moved to Auctiva and am slowly learning the ropes. However the number of items that I have imported from my ebay site is short of the actual items that I have listed there. Also I have a bid on one item which is not being shown in Auctiva and none of the hits are being shown either. Has anyone any idea as to why this is happening? Frown

I can well understand your frustrations with TurboLister Deux. <smile>

If I were you, I'd send a help ticket to let customer service know. (top rightish side of this screen)

Best of luck,

Hi David59,

It typically takes 6-12 hours for all of your active listings to be imported into your Auctiva account and appended with the store window.

Our listing maintenance, which updates title, current price, high bidder, high bidder feedback, bid count, currency, and end time on your active listings page is done about every 6 hours.

For further assistance with this matter, feel free to file a support request using the appropriate link on our help page:

David,

Your counter hits will not show up for imported items. The hits displayed on our page are only hits from Sellathon counters. Going forward, if you make sure to include a Sellathon counter on our lister page, your hits will be tracked.

We don't automatically import all of your existing auctions. To do this, you actually need to go to the "closed" listings page on our site and then select the items you want to import and then hit the import button.

Hope that helps.

-Kevin
