New to Auctiva and listing will not post!!!!

Hi, I am new to Auctiva but not new to Ebay. I listed on item on Sunday night and tried to post and Auctiva shows that it posted at the time. But it never appeared on ebay. Today I scheduled it to post at a certain time while I was at work and it never posted. Anybody have any ideas on what could be happening? TIA Jan

hmm, maybe there is an error with the listing? Look in the upper right corner where it says "Events" are there any numbers in red?

Yes there is. It says 3-0-5. Did not know what that was. Thanks will investigate what could be happening.

It says it is an API error - No Seller Account. This is a new selling id on ebay that has never been used. Do I need to do something on ebay first to activate as a seller account. The name is registered with ebay. TIA Jan

Hi,
You need to go to your seller preferences tab (left column in MyEbay) and check to allow 3rd party authorizations.
When you opened your Auctiva account you would have had to generate a token to give Auctiva access to show your listings.
If these 2 things are not done, Auctiva has no access to your Ebay acct.
