New to Auctiva & my 1st listing is not on eBay yet...why?

Hi everyone,
I am new to Auctiva. An eBay rep sent me here because I want the scroll at the bottom of my other store items. So far everything has been pretty easy with Auctiva and I just added a new listing. The problem is...I listed it hours ago and it is still not searchable on eBay. WHY? Can someone explain how long it takes before it is posted to eBay and searchable to others? Please help! THANKS IN ADVANCE!

New listings usually take 4-6 hours to show up in a search...sometimes much sooner. By the time you read this it will probably be there

I posted about 12 items close to 8 hours ago - still not on eBay. I don't understand why there's a lag time.

Hi, I listed a load of items before about 11pm last night and only 4 are showing on ebay!
I cannot get onto the Auctiva site in the UK and what is annoying is that there has been no explanation given for this! Do we still have Auctiva? Thanks.
