New to Auctiva and need help please

Hi there,
I have just set up "master profile" for my items, changing the picture and some text for each one. I am now successfully using them on ebay.co.uk. I am now trying to use the same master profile for other non .co.uk ebay sites such as .com. I notice that as soon as I change from ebay uk to ebay.com it clears the master profile and the other selected boxes are now blank. Does that mean I now have to create a new master profile for non UK ebay, or is there any way round this.

Welcome to Auctiva!

The profiles you can create to help build your listings through Auctiva are eBay site specific so, as you have learned, you cannot use your eBay UK profiles when creating listings for the eBay US website. Therefore, in order to use profiles for all of your listings, I recommend creating a separate set of profiles for each eBay site you will be posting to.
