New to Auctiva - need help completing a listing

I have tried twice now to list something. I have enough figured out to create the listing but when I am done and hit post (or save or check for error or preview) nothing happens. I just get the hourglass that shows it's working but nothing ever happens and eventually I end up losing my listing. Very frustrating. I will try support tomorrow unless someone out there has the answer for me. Thanks!
