new to auctiva-needing assistance with API error

hi everyone,
i hope someone can help me out here. i'm new to auctiva so have very little knowledge and would appreciate some hints and tips.

i have a custom template which i've already uploaded and edited my auctions. i have completed all that i need too and would like to post. however, when i click on post my auction the message comes up

"API Error

The member does not meet the minimum seller requirements to list items in the Dutch auction or multi-quantity fixed-price formats."

i don't understand 'dutch auction' i'm sure this is a simple problem!!

But your error also says 'fixed priced formats'. You must be a new seller, you need to have 10 or more feedback or be ID verified to do a Buy it Now.
