Hello, I am just finding my way around here so I would appreciate any help given. I used the search function and could not find any references.
While trying to upload 3 listings an error message came up saying,
"Until you have more feedback, you must use the same PayPal payment email address as your eBay email address"
I checked my Paypal and E-bay and Activa accounts and the same email address are listed. I have tried generating a new token and resending with no luck. I have used Auctiva to upload before and have not had a problem. All of my other listings are on file.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
