When or how does "Meet the seller" and "Watch this item" show up on a listing? I have my first listing ready, but the two above items do not show. thanks

if you're signed into your own account and you go view your listing you won't see them....those links are for other folks to save or view your listing....
all you need to do to see those links is go to the top right of the ebay page...
hit ADVANCED SEARCH....
on the next page, choose under the search category ITEMS BY SELLER...
type in your ebay id name...
your listings will show up...
and open a listing, you should see it now....
the top line directly under your title will read: You are signed in This item is being tracked in My eBay | Email to a friend | Printer Version
because you are signed in to your own account for the listing, it won't directly show as "watch this item"....
if you have another ebay account....sign out of your selling account, sing in to another one and follow the same steps, you'll see the links how you were mentioning...
