New User Having Problem Importing

I have tried re-generating the eBay key three times to try to force a reconciliation with auctiva.com; however, still only two of my six or seven active auctions have been imported.

Can anyone assist or give some guidance on how I can correct this?

Hi Al,

You can schedule a Closed Listing for Import from the Closed Listings page. Note, it isn't an "instant" process. They also automatically imported some of my closed listings at sign-up.

Auctiva does add the Scrolling Gallery to all active listings at the point you sign-up and pass the Token with eBay. That's a one-time process for a new account. It also populates your Auctiva Store with your listings. Did that happen for all your Active Listings?
