newbe to auctiva lost my listing when I went to photos

drag and drop? That might be the problem. You add photos in the one-page listing editor by clicking on the "Select an Image" in the Image Selection section, or you can use the Insert an Auctiva Hosted Image icon in the description editor to add single images within that section (placed as you want).

dragging and dropping possiblly caused the editor to throw-out the existing code with the dropped picture (as an unaccepted function). That's a guess, as I've never tried that, but know it won't work.

Hi there,
I'm assuming you mean drag and drop from your Turbo Lister files to Auctiva.
I would suggest strongly you upload all your images directly from your computer not another 3rd party image hoster using the bulk uploader (resize them to appx 400-500 wide first. If you have all your images uploaded before you begin listing you will find life MUch Much faster as there is a lot less that can go wrong.
If you have set your Master profile the worst that can happen is that your browser crashes.
Normally I have my Photos and Master Profiles and template selected before I do the descriptions.
