newbie ? freeze up when choosing template

Hi All
I am fairly new to using this service and in the last couple of days have been experiencing a problem on the listing page at the point where you pick the template you wish to use. Not always but on a few occassions I get bogged down here. Instead of the template box popping up I get the little hour-glass thing forever (like I packed three boxes for shipping and came back). Does anyone know why this is happening and if there is something I should do differently.

There could be plenty of reasons. Do you have another computer where you are at? First clear cache. This free program is more thorough than just clicking delete files.
